Health is Wealth. Eat healthy foods, no white sugar, exercise, stretch daily and drink lots of water, Ideally, it should be 155 ML or 5 ounces of water per hour.

Each day, I wake up with the sun and always run.

Knowing this helps me have more fun and stay young.

I also stretch each day.

Knowing this keeps the cane away.

I also like to lift weights because this helps me get more dates and to rarely have to wait.

This is why I do not procrastinate; you shouldn't either.

I also drink a lot of water, which makes me smarter and helps me work harder and run farther.

When I have a dream. I write down what I think it might mean because this helps me decide where I want to go and know where I've been.

Plus, be able to remember everyone's name on my team.

And when I get tired, I make sure I get some rest because I know that this keeps me at my best!

Courage, Bravery to step out of my comfort zone and stand up for what is right no matter what, always to defend the weak, seeking justice, being willing to compete against anyone and take on any obstacle or challenge.

I LOVE CHALLENGES. Another daily goal is to be challenged by things that confuse me.
